Galileo Mining (ASX:GAL) delivered the maiden resource estimate for its Callisto deposit of 17.5Mt at 1.04g/t 4E, 0.20% Ni, 0.16% Cu (2.3g/t PdEq or 0.52% NiEq).

Metalicity (ASX:MCT) has increased its interest in the Kookynie and Yundamindra gold joint ventures from effectively 65.6% (51% direct and 14.6% indirect interest) to 80% direct interest after settling all disputes with partner Nex Metals Exploration (ASX:NME)

Careteq (ASX:CTQ) says significant orders from ADT New Zealand, a subsidiary of Intelligent Monitoring Group (ASX:IMB) have progressed the company towards its goal of reaching 15,000 subscribers by the end of FY24. 

Aussie designer and manufacturer of ‘disruptive, high-technology marine propulsion and stabilisation systems for the global luxury motor yacht, fast ferry, commercial workboat and defence industries’, Veem (ASX:VEE), says it’s struck JV deals with Sharrow Engineering to design, exclusively manufacture and sell Sharrow propellers worldwide, up to 5m in diameter, for inboard motor vessels.

And cloud communications company Symbio Holdings (ASX:SYM) announced today that the best and final offer from Superloop (ASX:SLC) to acquire 100% of the company for a 50:50 cash and scrip consideration of $2.85 per share had lapsed on September 29.

Belararox (ASX:BRX) has established permanent operations in Argentina as well as key relationships with government and exploration and mining sector stakeholders as it hunts for gold and copper.

Blue Star Helium (ASX:BNL) is another step closer towards starting targeted production at its high-grade Voyager helium project in Colorado after securing a key power generator package.

Moab Minerals (ASX:MOM) has refined upcoming drilling after the first hole hits near-surface uranium at its REX project in Colorado.

Magnetic Resources (ASX:MAU) has completed a $4.8 million placement to accelerate development plans at its Laverton gold projects.

Meeka Gold (ASX:MEK) has received firm commitments to raise $3.5m via a placement at $0.04 per share to fund the next phase of drilling and bring its Murchison gold project to shovel ready’ status.

Anson Resources (ASX:ASN) has announced plans for a new resource drilling program at three priority targets at its Green River lithium project in Utah, USA. 

Moho Resources (ASX:MOH) is raising $476,062 via a placement at $0.007 per share to fund exploration at the Whistlepipe critical minerals projects along with the Silver Swan North, Burracoppin and Empress Springs projects.

And De Grey Mining (ASX:DEG) has received firm commitments for a fully underwritten two tranche placement to raise $300 million at $1.05 per share to fund the path to production at its Hemi gold project.
